Premium one-to-one ADHD Coaching

Ready for a helping hand?

You’ve finally got your ADHD diagnosis, or you’re still waiting, months, maybe years. In the meantime, you are still expected to function: to show up to work, to manage your relationships, to keep on top of admin, to ‘get better’.

There is a lot of talk about access to diagnosis, about waiting lists and medication. We talk far less about what happens next, or in the meantime.

A diagnosis explains your past and present. It doesn't, however, automatically change your present or future. You might feel relief, grief, anger, and then Monday comes: the same inbox, the same relationship tensions, the same patterns you’ve been stuck in for years.

So what now?

Coaching can be transformative at this stage. Not because it fixes you, but because it helps you understand your patterns, build systems that actually work for your brain, and untangle the emotional weight that often sits underneath ADHD.

Whether you’re an adult with ADHD or the partner of someone with ADHD, you want things to feel calmer, fairer, and less exhausting. You want a life that is steadier and more manageable.

I offer practical, forward-looking coaching designed to help you manage everyday challenges and create meaningful change.

How I work

Effective coaching is a partnership. I work flexibly to match your needs and preferences, recognising that what works for one person may not work for another.

I work exclusively with adults, offering a relaxed, supportive environment. As someone who is neurodiverse, I'm a strong advocate for neurodiversity, inclusion, and diversity in all its forms. My 25 years of experience across therapeutic care, education, and coaching means that I bring a depth of knowledge and understanding to support your growth.

Sessions are professional yet approachable - focused on progress while remaining enjoyable and judgment-free.

Session Structure: Standard sessions are 45-60 minutes weekly, but we can adapt this to suit you. If sustained concentration is challenging, we can split sessions into shorter, more frequent meetings.

You also get free access to Coach Jay to help maintain momentum and provide support between sessions.

Online Convenience: All coaching takes place via video call, allowing us both to work from comfortable, familiar environments. I coach from my home office, while you can join from wherever works best - your home, a quiet workspace, or even while travelling.

Getting Started: Every new client begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery session. This initial conversation allows us to:

  • Explore your specific challenges and goals

  • Discuss how coaching works and what to expect

  • Determine whether we're a good fit to work together

Since we'll be collaborating closely over several weeks, it's essential that we both feel confident in the partnership.

Your free discovery call

Start with a free 30-minute online discovery call. We’ll discuss what you’re finding challenging, explore your needs and your goals, and I’ll explain exactly how coaching works.

Coaching is built on trust, without it coaching does not work. So, on the call I won't ask you to sign up to coaching sessions. You need time to think. I will send you more information after the call and ask you to contact me when and if you are ready. No sales, and no pressure.

A structured path to clarity, control, and confidence

Investment

This is not a series of standalone sessions. It is a structured, high-support coaching programme designed to create meaningful, lasting change.

I offer a comprehensive package of eight sessions for £1,600.

This includes:

• Eight tailored 45–60 minute coaching sessions

• Flexible session structure to match your energy and focus

• Free access to Coach Jay during the programme

• Ongoing accountability and support throughout

• Personalised strategies designed specifically for how your brain works

This level of support allows us to go beyond surface-level insights and create real, sustainable shifts in how you think, plan, and take action.

Payment is made upfront to secure your place, and ensure commitment. Sessions can be rescheduled with sufficient notice.

Commitment to change

Meaningful change requires consistency. I ask clients to commit to a minimum of six weekly sessions (45-60 minutes each). This timeframe allows us to:

•    Work through one major challenge thoroughly
•    Implement and refine new strategies
•    Build sustainable habits
•    See measurable progress

This commitment is to both yourself and the coaching process, as real transformation takes time.

My four-step process

1. Clarify: We identify your specific emotional needs and executive function challenges related to ADHD.

2. Create: Together, we develop new skills and approaches tailored to your brain, which you'll test in real-world situations.

3. Consolidate: Through regular sessions and accountability, I support you as you embed these new habits into your daily life.

4. Complete: You'll leave coaching with sustainable skills and a new way of approaching challenges, and equipped to thrive independently.

What you'll achieve

Through our work together, you'll experience:

  • Greater control over emotions, schedules, tasks, and goals - replacing chaos with clarity and freeing mental space for what truly matters.

  • Reduced stress and overwhelm through personalised systems that make daily life more manageable.

  • Increased productivity using practical, ADHD-friendly strategies that actually fit how your brain works.

  • Stronger confidence from following through on commitments and seeing tangible progress.

  • Improved relationships by becoming more present, reliable, and organised in their interactions with others.
