Group Coaching Programme

Group Coaching Programme

I offer group coaching as an alternative to one-to-one coaching. Below I explain how this works, the benefits and challenges.

What is group coaching?

Group coaching is a dynamic and interactive way to work on your ADHD challenges alongside others who truly get it. Unlike traditional therapy or one-to-one coaching, group coaching is designed for shared learning, mutual support, and collective growth.

It is expert-led, peer supported. There is a structured programme (see below) created to cover all elements of ADHD challenges and corresponding strategies. We focus on strengths and increasing self-awareness and acceptance in order to reduce stress and improve relationships and work.

How it works: practically

We meet online via Google Meet, you can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection — no need to travel.

  • Google Meet allows us to have live, face-to-face discussions, breakout groups, and interactive exercises.
  • The private group space is your hub for ongoing support between sessions. It’s a safe space where members share resources, celebrate progress, and keep each other accountable.
  • This mix of live sessions and online community helps build connection, which is often missing in self-directed learning.

Advantages of group coaching

Group coaching offers some powerful benefits, especially for adults with ADHD:

  • Connection & Community: you’ll realise you’re not alone. Sharing struggles and successes with others creates empathy, reduces isolation, and boosts motivation.
  • Diverse Perspectives: hearing different viewpoints and strategies can spark new ideas that you might not have discovered in solo coaching.
  • Accountability: knowing others are tracking their progress and sharing their goals helps you stay on course.
  • Cost-Effective: group coaching is much more affordable than one-to-one coaching, making it accessible for many.
  • Skill Building in Real Time: you get to practice communication, asking for help, and managing distractions in a social environment - all valuable ADHD life skills.

Challenges and how we address them

No approach is perfect, so it’s important to acknowledge the challenges:

  • Less individual time with the coach: while you won’t get the full one-on-one attention every week, the group’s collective wisdom often fills in gaps.
  • Need to share and be vulnerable: group coaching requires a willingness to open up, which can feel uncomfortable at first.
  • Scheduling: committing to a weekly session is essential for momentum.

To support you through these I facilitate the sessions carefully, ensuring everyone gets space to speak and the online group space offers a quieter space for one-on-one questions.
