Coaching Adults with ADHD

Collaborative Coaching

Working with you at your pace

Coaching is a collaborative process so I am open to working with you in how you work best. An example of this would be changing the time and frequency of sessions - normally, there is one 45 to 60 minute weekly session, but if concentrating for that amount of time is difficult then we can split it into smaller weekly sessions.

I charge £80 for each one-to-one session is £80. This includes a free a 15-minute midweek catch-up session to help keep you motivated and on track should you require it.

Meeting online

I work purely online via video chat. This helps us both to feel relaxed, as we are both in a safe and comfortable space. I will always be in my home office but you can choose to connect from anywhere: a quiet space at work, from your home, whilst out walking, or even by the pool!

Initial Discovery Session: All new clients start with a FREE 30 minute discovery session via video call. This gives us both the time to explore your needs, for me to explain how I work, and for us to get to know each other. We will be working closely together for some time, so it is important that we both feel this is a good match.

My style

I only work with adults. My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and fun. I am an advocate for neurodiversity (being neurodiverse myself) and for inclusion and diversity. I have so much experience in so many different areas (see my bio) that I am confident I can support you in your growth.

Commitment: Coaching takes time, so I will ask you to commit to a minimum of six weeks of one-hour weekly coaching sessions. You are making a commitment to me and yourself. Six weeks is a realistic time to work on one major issue & to see improvements.

Four-step process

  1. I help you to clarify your emotional needs and executive function challenges due to your ADHD.
  2. We will work together to create new skills and ways of thinking that you will experiment with.
  3. I support you as you embed new habits with regular sessions; accountability being an important factor.
  4. Finally, we work towards you leaving coaching with new habits and a new way of being.

Outcomes of Coaching

After coaching, clients feel more in control of their emotions, schedule, tasks, and goals — no more chaos. This frees up mental space so they can focus on what really matters. They notice a reduction in stress and overwhelm, with systems that make life more manageable for them. They have a boost in their productivity with practical, ADHD-friendly strategies that actually work, which builds their confidence by following through and finally seeing real progress. Finally, relationships are improved by them being more present, reliable, and organised.

Self-Coaching with ADHD Is Possible

With the right awareness, knowledge, and support, self-coaching can be a powerful tool for managing ADHD. Watch the video to the right, where I guide you through the key steps and the kind of support that can make a real difference.
